The Füde Experience is space that combines nourishing plant-based food with the sacred practice of nudity, creating an alchemic celebration of our most pure selves. In this safe and supportive environment, you are able to fully connect with and explore the depths of your being.

Join us for a special Dragonfly Pool Party in collaboration with the Southern California Naturist Society, a community centered around body acceptance, freedom, and connection in a non sexualized, clothing optional environment.

From 2–6pm, we’ll gather poolside for an afternoon of presence, play, and conversation. The experience will begin with a guided meditation to arrive into the body and soften into the space, followed by time to swim, relax, and enjoy light, seasonal bites and refreshing drinks.

Inspired by the symbolism of the dragonfly, transformation, lightness, and living fully in the present, we’ll also hold space for an open group discussion exploring themes of aging, evolution, and the body over time. In the spirit of the “Dragonfly Ladies,” we honor the beauty of becoming, and the freedom that deepens as we grow.

This is an invitation to slow down, connect, and experience the body with more ease, clarity, and joy.
