Füde is an immersive dining experience built on connection, presence, and authentic expression through plant-based food and intentional gathering.


We invite guests to dine nude, physically or emotionally, as a practice in radical acceptance and genuine intimacy. It's a space to shed both clothing and emotional armor: to trade performance for presence, control for vulnerability, and surface-level interaction for something real.


Through plant-based cuisine, artistic expression, and facilitated practices, including breathwork, movement, sound healing, and creative workshops, we create encounters that awaken the senses and celebrate the raw beauty of being fully alive.


Since launching in 2020, Füde has hosted over 100 gatherings and been featured in 50+ publications globally, curated by facilitators from diverse backgrounds who bring their own perspective to helping people connect with their most authentic selves.


	Founded by Charlie Ann Max, a multidisciplinary artist and plant-based chef trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, Füde emerged from a personal journey of discovering freedom through authentic expression. After leaving professional dance, Charlie recognized the power of vulnerability and visibility, launching Füde in 2020 to create spaces where others could experience that same liberation.

“I gifted myself The Füde Experience after admiring Charlie’s beautiful work for a while. Having been on a long, arduous journey with my body, this was really a way of showing myself how far I've come. Going to dinner with complete strangers and having nothing to hide behind would have been my biggest fear even this time last year. Last night was still pretty scary, but as soon as I arrived and settled it felt like the most natural thing in the world….. because guess what! It is! We reflected on how funny it is that we feel so much shame around our bodies, how they have been sexualised and how (in England especially) the only time we are naked is when no-one else is around or in a sexual way. In recent weeks my world has revolved around goodbyes, closures, and a lot of witnessing and surrendering to uncomfortable pain. To me, this symbolised new beginnings, and a new relationship with the human form. It was an initiation into doing things that incite my curiosity - however scary that may feel. “I grew up being able to roam naked on the beach or around the house up until I was about 3. Then I had to wear a bottom piece until I was about 9. Then it was a one piece swimsuit at the beach, or a bikini. And before I could even remember learning any of it, I had built strong associations with nudity: Private. €rOtic. POrnogr@phic. Dangerous. Inappropriate. Attention seeking. Shocking. Offensive. Disgusting. So there I was, accommodating to others' views about my naked grown body before I could even develop my own. Without consciously choosing, I just learned that keeping my body private was what any respectable person is supposed to do. Fast fwd to last Sunday, where I took part in The Füde Experience created by Charlie Ann Max and co hosted with Cosis Odyssey, which provided the perfect setting for me to deep dive into what nudity actually means, and feels like, to ME.”&#38;nbsp;

&#38;nbsp;“What a blessing to be able to sit in ceremony with 29 others for The Füde Experiecne doing breath work and eating a vegan meal in the nude. Still processing my experience, but from what I observe so far, my biggest challenge was not in being nude socially~ it was simply in navigating my own feelings of being part of a group. I'm always challenged this way at gatherings and perhaps certain aspects of social dynamics were heightened by nudity (the neighbor lacking body space awareness became amplified, for example,) but otherwise I don't think I felt any more anxious being with others in a nude space. In fact, as someone who does experience social anxiety, I was surprised at my grounded calm energy during the 3 hour experience. I appreciated so many of the exercises we did, which opened our collective to feeling very safe and de-sexualized. Prior to going, my family members said~ oh I remember parties like that in the 70s and they turned into orgies~ and ~ that sounds so Eyes Wide Shut. Neither of those references rang true and I felt safe to be any which way I felt during the ceremonial meal, while constantly reminding myself internally to stay in my own vibration. Senses and emotions may be heightened in healing circles and nudity does certainly add another dimension to that since we are not socialized nude.
