Füde is an immersive dining experience that invites connection, presence, and authentic expression through plant-based food and intentional gathering.

Rooted in themes of body acceptance, nourishment, and vulnerability, Füde creates spaces where guests can shed both physical clothing and emotional armor. We invite participants to dine nude—not as spectacle, but as practice in radical acceptance and genuine intimacy. This is about the deeper, more courageous act of emotional, spiritual, and relational nakedness.

Each gathering invites participants to take off their masks, both literal and internal. To surrender perfection, body image illusions, and curated appearances. To choose presence over performance, vulnerability over control, real connection over surface-level interactions.

At its core, Füde is about care—for our bodies, our stories, and our shared humanity. Through plant-based cuisine, artistic expression, and facilitated experiences including breathwork, movement, sound healing, and creative workshops, we create transformative encounters that awaken the senses and celebrate the raw beauty of being fully alive.

Since launching in 2020, Füde has hosted over 100 gatherings and been featured in over 50 publications globally. Each experience is thoughtfully curated by facilitators from diverse backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives to our mission of helping participants connect with their most authentic selves.

Founded by Charlie Ann Max—a multidisciplinary artist and plant-based chef trained at the Institute of Culinary Education—Füde emerged from a personal journey of discovering freedom through authentic expression. After leaving professional dance, Charlie recognized the power of vulnerability and visibility, launching Füde in 2020 to create spaces where others could experience that same liberation.
