3/4 cup vegan butter, softened to room temperature
2 bananas
1 cup brown coconut sugar
3 tablespoons Just Egg™
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flower
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda

Mix butter, sugar, egg, banana and vanilla together
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Place in freezer for at least 1 hour
Roll into balls
Bake 8-10 min. at 350°
Cool for 5 min
