CREAMY CORN



Boil 4 corn on the cob for 8-10 min.
Cut corn from the cob
Sauté 1/4 cup onion diced
1 jalapeño diced
1/4 cup tomato diced
Sauté with 2 tbsp. avocado oil for 3 min
Add corn
Add 1/2 cup Miyoko’s Creamery™ Pepper Jack Cheese
Add lime, salt and pepper to taste
