Soak 1 cup cashews in hot water for 15-30 min.
Drain and add to food processor
Add 2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cashew milk
Blend
While cashews soak, cook Veggiecraft Farms™ Gluten-free Sweet Potato Spaghetti
