The Füde Dinner Experience is space that combines nourishing plant-based food with the sacred practice of nudity, creating an alchemic celebration of our most pure selves. In this safe and supportive environment, you are able to fully connect with and explore the depths of your being.
Füde and Looni have collaborated for Women's History Month to offer a unique and intimate experience exclusively for indivituals looking to deepen their understanding of their menstrual cycle—their body's natural rhythms. Looni focuses on elevating the menstrual cycle with clean and innovative products, as well as democratizing body literacy through the facilitation of knowledge encouraging women to connect with their natural cycles.
Join us for a unique and nourishing evening of movement, breathwork, and a plant-based dinner. We will connect with our bodies and breath in a deep and intimate way, using nudity as a tool for liberation and self-expression. We will start with a movement and breathwork session, designed to awaken the senses and connect with our bodies and release any blockages that may be preventing us from fully embracing our connection to our womb.
Then we will sit down to a delicious and nourishing three-course plant-based dinner prepared by Charlie, that supports our menstrual cycles through various herbs and plants with natural properties to reduce inflammation and support hormonal balance, both of which are key factors in menstrual health. This meal is designed to be a holistic and transformative experience for the body, mind, and soul.
During the dinner, we will engage in meaningful conversation and discussion about menstrual cycles, led by Chelsea Leyland of Looni.
No experience with nudity is necessary, and all people who menstrate are welcome. Please bring an open mind and heart, and be prepared to take off your clothes and let go of inhibitions. Let's move, breathe, nourish, and connect together in this safe and empowering space.
