The Füde Workshop Experience is space that combines nourishing plant-based food with the sacred practice of nudity and the arts to create an alchemic celebration of our most pure selves. In this safe and supportive environment, we are able to fully connect with and explore the depths of our being.
The session will begin a breathwork session followed by a life drawing class where everyone will take turns posing and drawing. This collaborative approach not only helps improve your skills but also allows you to appreciate the art of posing and drawing from different perspectives.
After the drawing session, we'll come together for a delicious plant based family-style early dinner.
During the experience, you will have the opportunity to let go of any physical or emotional barriers as you tap into your inner artist and create your own masterpiece. <3
