Füde's first clothed gathering.
This Füde experience explores emotional nudity. Clothes stay on while we symbolically strip down the armor we wear in everyday life. The personas. The coping strategies. The stories we tell ourselves to stay safe.

Failure, grief, and renewal are inescapable facets of life. We try to build a bulletproof existence that is void of any ending, but we miss out on the beauty that is reborn through experiencing failure and grief. We've all failed in some way or another, but how do we properly grieve these failures and give them the reverence they deserve? Sometimes we need to grieve the ending of who we thought we were: our identities, our ambitions, the dreams that didn't survive. What's left after that? This evening invites you to be witnessed in that truth.

The Medicine of Plants
Our menu will be infused with mugwort, rose, and nettle. Three plants that hold us through failure and transition. Mugwort guides us through thresholds, rose makes grief survivable, and nettle teaches us that what stings can also strengthen.

We're honored to partner with Citizens of Culture, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the development of complex thinking and emotional intelligence through arts and culture. For the dancer, the thinker, the aesthete, and the troublemaker. This collaboration deepens our shared commitment to spaces where people can think and feel more freely.

What Happens When We Strip Down
When we speak honestly, without performance, something shifts. Neurologically, emotionally, relationally. In brave spaces, vulnerability rewires the nervous system. Each moment of being seen teaches the body that connection is not a threat. That it's safe to soften.

You stay clothed, but your guard comes down.
And what emerges is a deeper intimacy with yourself and with the people around you.
