The Füde Dinner Experience invites you to return to your most natural state, nourished, open, and fully alive. Through plant-based food and the sacred practice of nudity, we create a space where every barrier to authenticity can dissolve and your truest self can come forward.

This special edition centers on Sacred Rage, the kind of fire that protects what’s tender, clears what’s stagnant, and makes room for what’s ready to rise. Nudity becomes a tool for truth, a reminder that when we strip away what hides us, we return to our power.

We’ll begin with a somatic practice guided by Lihi Benisty, using breath, sound, and gentle movement to awaken what’s ready to be felt and released. From there, Lihi will lead a collaborative painting ritual, inviting you to channel emotion through color, texture, and movement onto a single large canvas. Each gesture becomes a release, a reclamation, a collective work of truth and creation.

When the paint settles, we’ll gather for a rose-infused, plant-based dinner served family-style, grounding back into the body through nourishment, conversation, and presence. Together, we’ll explore the connection between rage and tenderness, boundaries and beauty, power and softness.

Each guest will later receive a fragment of the dried painting, a tangible piece of our shared release and remembrance.

This is an invitation to feel fully. To meet yourself exactly as you are. To honor the depth, the heat, and the sacredness within it all.

Come as you are: angry, open, raw, radiant.

Your rage is sacred. And so are you.
